i-BRUSH 2.0 monitors and logs:

  • Brush wear
  • Temperature in the brush
  • Current in the brush
  • Current distribution between brushes
  • Brush vibrations (optional)
  • Temperature & humidity in slip ring compartment

When one of the monitored values deviates outside given framework an alarm is initiated.

A quick overview says it all

The door of the i-BRUSH 2.0 box has a multi-colored LED lighting which gives the operator a quick and easy overview of system status.

Green light means that no alarms has been triggered.

Yellow light means that a warning has been triggered.

Blue light means that the system has for example no internet connection or rebooting.

Red light means that an alarm has been triggered and actions need to be taken.
