When one of the monitored values deviates outside given framework an alarm is initiated through signal to Modbus/HTTPS and/or mail from Cloud Service.

- Communication – 4G or Ethernet connection.

Carbex support for i-BRUSH Carbon Brushes
- Carbex provides data storage on its secure server
- Subscription of reports
- Permanent, private and secured access to the data storage site
- Program update for i-BRUSH control unit during data transfer. No subscription is needed.

Connectivity
OPTION 1: 4G
- Modem with SIM-card and built-in firewall
- Compatible with major service providers
- Physically separate from other existing local networks
OPTION 2: USING EXISTING NETWORK CONNECTION – RECOMMENDED
- Security by existing firewall (will require port 443 to be open)
- Alternatively set up separate LAN in existing firewall for the i-BRUSH unit
